”I cannot say enough about how magical this place is! Perfectly situated for day trips throughout the Cotswolds. The definition of quaint and charming cottage in the English countryside. We had dinner and breakfast every day and the food is amazing!! ”

”The room was generally clean, but the en-suite had quite a bit of mould across the ceiling and the shower felt cramped, despite the large cubicle, due to the shower itself being squashed into the corner of the cubicle.The furniture is somewhat 'distressed' , but the bed was very comfortable and the duvet was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on our first morning was very good, however, on the second morning the fried egg yolks were hard, but the whites were runny...

”This was our third stay at the Wheatsheaf and it is consistently excellent! I wanted to take the bed home! Breakfast is great, restaurant and bar areas have a warm ambience. Staff are friendly and efficient”

”This B&B was a nice surprise. The owner of the B&B welcomed us warmly and told some good tips what to see and eat in Bourton on the water. Breakfast was traditional English breakfast with ham and eggs. Would have stayed there another night but it was full booked the day after. This is the best B&B that you can find from Bourton on the water and I would recommend it truly.”

”Quaint old stone cottage style building with lots of history, beautifully preserved and decorated. Very comfortable bedding, modern shower with push button control. Conveniently located to town center, shopping, and bus stop. Restaurant on site was excellent as well. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. ”

”The room was clean but the hotel as a whole i think needs a little redec. Reception staff were helpful on arrival. I’ll stay again next time i’m in Cheltenham.”

”Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street ”

”Church view was a perfect location. It was an easy walk on the footpath to the town. The cottage was huge & done with impeccable taste. We had a bit of difficulty finding the cottage, as it was nighttime & raining when we arrived, but were pleasantly surprised at the loveliness once we entered.”

”Lovely room. I don't like coffee bags, they are so weak. Facilities good. Bathroom tiles need grouting bleached. View not bad, I did expect a better view for a deluxe room but it was perfectly ok. But overall, very good stay and I would definitely stay there again.”
