”We had a friendly greeting on arrival. The person checking us in went through what we needed to know efficiently. The accommodation was clean, smart and well laid out and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of cooked options. The staff at all points were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend here to others”

”Brilliant find. Stayed here for one night as son was passing out at pirbright, but service was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in room 59. Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful.”

”Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland.”
