”Excellent!!!”

”The courtyard that the rooms are centered off of this so beautiful. The architecture, the garden, and the people are very, very nice.”

”Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.”

”This is my third stay at Casa Tamayo. I absolutely love it here, it’s like a home from home. I always receive a warm welcome from the team. I stay in the comfort double room garden view, which is very spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable with premium bedding. The communal areas are lovely, especially the garden. It’s great to have access to free coffee and tea etc. It’s a charming and relaxing place to stay with the perfect location for exploring Coyoacan. I will be back!”

”The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...
