”Overall experience was good. Got locked out of our room. Then asked for help which was immediate. The front desk was not staffed all the time. Ought to have had a notice in these instance of where to go for help. The land line was out of action the proceeding week of our staff when telephoning for booking confirmation but now fixed. Excellent fully cooked breakfasts to die for.”

”For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants. ”Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. "Tämän hotellin loisto ja parhaat päivät ovat kaukana takanapäin. Komea ulkokuori kätkee taakseen kuluneen ja ränsistyneen sisustan. Esim. Huoneen ikkuna oli ruostunut auki asentoon, eikä sitä saanut kiinni. Sisempi ikkuna toki meni kiinni, mutta tuuli sitä rämisytti kun puhalsi niin, että verhot sisällä heilui. Kun kerroin asiasta, henkilökunta toimitti huoneeseen pienen lisäpatterin ja paksumman peitteen. Huonetta ei myöskään siivottu kertaakaan neljän yön vierailun aikana, siellä ei edes käyty. Sijainti on toki hyvä."
