From the front desk to the bar after the concert, the service staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, but basic. Could use a little updating. ..."

Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Downtown
"Check in was delayed with lots of guests and not being ready. Coupled with lots of elevator traffic made it a bit inconvenient. The ice machine was out of order on our floor adding some inconvenience. However, the entire staff was kind and helpful."
