”The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and looked fresh and clean. Everything in the room looked updated. We especially enjoyed having a television in the living room area and in the bedroom . My husband was able to watch his shows while I slept. The kitchen was very clean and there was an icemaker in the fridge, which was very convenient.”

They did have limited truck parking but he was able to get in there. I got a better rate saved about $30 using Expedia. Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team!

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

”A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem...
