”Einmal und nie wieder ! Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das erste Zimmer roch nach altem Teppich, nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken und in der Wanne waren total verstopft. Dies meldete ich auch und es wurde auch sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber da wir schon alles ausgepackt hatten und es auch schon spät war, verzichteten wir an diesem Abend darauf. Mitten in der Nacht entdeckten wir noch zwei lebende Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir...

”Every thing Good”

”Staff was super friendly and helped with as much as they could. We got into a room with no towels stocked and floors a little scratchy looking but other wise decently clean. In room and living room. Restroom had no soaps and there was what looked like a water bubble in the ceiling that burst.”

”The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,”

”No hot water in my unit. Pool was out of order. There was a stinky diaper on the 3rd floor in front of the elevator for two days. The only thing that was good was the a/c in my unit. I had to decide if I wanted good a/c or hot water. I picked the a/c due to the fact that the lobby had no a/c. Breakfast was ok but the waffle mix was horrible.”

”There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

”The key didn’t work, toilet did not flush and there was mold in the bathroom. All in all the stay was unacceptable. Now keep in mind that this was not the first time that I have stayed at this place and that time was acceptable. Maybe new owners but I will not be going to this place again”

”We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”
