”Ac worked great in our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine on the weekend but we stayed till Monday. Mondays Breakfast was cereal and toast fruit, cottage cheese cinnamon rolls. No eggs, sausage or potatoes. Room price was the same thou. Our bathroom door would not open properly. The bottom was expanded from moisture. Every time you opened it you would have to lift hard and it would scrape. Asked to switch rooms but the hotel was completely full.”

We booked an extra night after our vacation, expecting a basic but safe place to sleep. Instead, we walked into a situation that felt unsafe immediately.
