”The staff is always nice and helpful and the place is always clean”

”The pool and hot tub was closed for renovation. The AC was not working properly in the lobby area. The lobby bathroom was closed and not usable. The elevators were filthy. And it took about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me and another guest behind me in line in. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. But we had to buy another blanket because there wasn't enough covers (additional one not provided). ”

”Our stay thankfully was short. The restroom door had to be pushed or pulled with force because it dragged the ground. The tub and toilet need to be replaced. ”

”The property its ok the gest they have are not family friendly its hard to have kids in the pool when everyone around it its smoking mariguana or doimg other kind of drugs literally its like a trailer park in there but dont get me wrong hotel its ok its rhe people staying there ”

”It was easter weekend, 2nights with at $150. Not bad, so you get what you paid for. At the counter there was a sign that said you could check out the room before you decide to stay (20min limit). That was awkward to see. It does look like they are slowly remodeling, floors and bathroom were pretty new looking. Stayed in RM 20 bottom floor of the blue building. Room smelt damp/moisture, but we left the door open for a bit and turned the ac on; smell went away pretty quickly. Beds weren’t horrible...

”Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The pool and gym are very nice as well. Clean and tidy. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the mattresses. They had not so clean sheets when we arrived they had a smell. We told front desk and they changed them. Also communication to the front desk is bad. They never answer. But honestly is a good hotel with good breakfast and location. Id stay there again ”

”The roomwas very clean and beds were really good. We went as a lagre team for a soccer tournament and the employee at the front desk at night was not very welcoming. The would be my only complaint. The emoloyee in charge of the breakfast area was was an out standing to our kids. He always made sure their was enough food for our large groupnof kids. He was very patient and seemed to be a very happy to help us. Every one in our group keept on talking about him withbplenty of good things said about...

”El hotel está muy bien el personal se portó amable a pesar de qué no hablamos inglés y lo único que no me pareció es que el café es sólo en un horario. La limpieza de los cuartos. Sólo cambian las toallas, no hacen limpieza en el cuarto durante la estancia”

”The rooms was standard and clean. You have to have a key to get in and out of building at all times and that's a pain. No breakfast only coffee from 6am to 10am if there's any available. ”

”The staff was absolutely fabulous. They went above and beyond to compensate for my needs. After a horrible experience at a condo that I had booked and couldn't get into The room is comfortable needs some updates. But all in all, it was a very comfortable stay.”

”The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. ”
