”Hotel staff was great and the room and facilities are always clean. Adjacent Grillfire restaurant is very nice...really good food and service as well. Hotel is also very close to the airport and major highway, as well as mall, dining, and casino (if that's your preference).”

”Got to the hotel to check in. Went to the check in desk and was told to sit on the couches they have in the lobby and someone will check me in. I waited a little bit and the lady never returned from the back. Went to the other person who seemed to be doing everything since the other person was not willing to help. Finally got checked in and went to my room. I found floors to be not that clean with crumbs scattered throughout. My daughter found a vape that was just left out in the open. I tried...

”The rooms were great very comfortable and clean. The staff were great at trying to accommodate guests but the breakfast was not a hit they water down the apple juice and orange juice to try and stretch so it’s just unflavored colorful water,and the pool closes to early for guests and it’s rather small so it get crowded quick. It is in a convenient location.”

”It was ok. I liked the aesthetic of the lobby. Couldn’t use the pool it was closed for renovations. The room was alright. Kinda small. I wouldn’t put more than 2 in there. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small. It had a rain shower. I hate rain showers. The shower had no racks so I had to sit my stuff on the floor in the shower. ”A/C not working at all in the hallways,barely working in the room. Front desk did nothing to help, too busy in the back room, never actually at the front desk! Hotel is under renovation, of course NOT mentioned on their website! Front desk agent SLEEPING, could not wake him up after numerous attempts! My five days there were miserable, I really can’t imagine ever staying there again. You would think that they would lower their prices during construction? Be more accommodating? Definitely nothing...

”Whole reason I booked this place was because online it says they offer a shuttle for the airport contacted front office day of flight to confirm process. They said they do not offer that even though it says they do online.”
