”Excellent stay”

”This was an entirely different hotel from when I last stayed...We were safe and not bothered by anyone, but transients (drugs) are definitely housed here. The water and water pressure were great -- but the rooms do not have dishes, coffee makers, nor cookery, and they use too! This location is definitely neglected because of the new location across the highway..”

”It was sad that these rooms were renovated. They were not. It felt like I was back in the 1970s. The room smelled old. The appliances and furniture were old. Definitely not worth the price at all. If I could have checked right back out and gotten a full refund we would’ve done so. After check-in, we left to get something to eat and then we left very early in the morning.”

Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. ”The room smelled of urine. Mold on the ceilings and walls. Rusted toilet paper holders. Unable to connect to the google cast option. Light bulbs out or flickering. Restaurant is not in the hotel; it’s across the parking lot. Definitely not as what was advertised or what the pictures looked like.”

”I ordered a standard king-size room for one night through the The one night app. When I arrived, the attendant, Joshua, was very rude and barely spoke to me except to mention there was a $100 hold on the room. He issued my room key without even telling me that the room was an accessible room instead of the standard king room I reserved. When I got to the room, I realized it was an accessible room. ”I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.”

There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. ”Nice place, good location. But.....Room had no lamp next to the desk. When I was offered another room, THAT room's bathroom light was flickering. We took the lamp from the second room back to the first room and I complemented the desk clerk on her patience but then she said "I can't keep opening up new rooms for you". ”I’m not sure a different need to be behind the gold door don’t do it. It was a raise up price so I did it. I only needed to be somewhere for five hours. I put in the room and turn around in my car in the parking lot!! They need to shut down and definitely needs to be labeled the motel !!”
