”The hotel is pretty old. One day during the breakfast my son requested the milk but the receptionist told him it was finished despite breakfast time was not. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. We got very disappointed because our hotel choice was based on the inclusion of the pool.”

”We booked this room due to a power outage at home and were mainly interested in the full-sized refrigerator so we could prevent the loss of all the food in our home refrigerator. We also needed a place to shower and use the bathroom, since we could not do that at home with no power to the well pump. ”Maybe TBE worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Walls were paper thin. Mattress was lumpy and saggy staff was unfriendly. Provided breakfast was granola bars and when the pot of coffee was empty they were done. Avoid at all costs”

”My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. ”The room was decently clean and came equipped with all dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. Breakfast was good and changed daily. The surrounding area was safe and there were restaurants within a short distance of the property. They are building a Wawa within walking distance. Overall was a good stay and worked well for the weekend!”

”Got to the hotel to check in. Went to the check in desk and was told to sit on the couches they have in the lobby and someone will check me in. I waited a little bit and the lady never returned from the back. Went to the other person who seemed to be doing everything since the other person was not willing to help. Finally got checked in and went to my room. I found floors to be not that clean with crumbs scattered throughout. My daughter found a vape that was just left out in the open. I tried...

”The rooms were great very comfortable and clean. The staff were great at trying to accommodate guests but the breakfast was not a hit they water down the apple juice and orange juice to try and stretch so it’s just unflavored colorful water,and the pool closes to early for guests and it’s rather small so it get crowded quick. It is in a convenient location.”

”The property is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. However, the property does not provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Also, breakfast items such as yogurt cups are not restocked once they run out. If you arrive later in the breakfast hours, some items may no longer be available. Improving the restocking of breakfast items and providing drinking water would make the overall guest experience much better. Overall Not...

”The hotel was nice but they overbooked for the nights I was there so I was put in a different room type than I booked. There was no advanced notice and the front desk person was pretty terse about the whole thing. I realize it wasn’t his fault but the general tone was not expected. I heard other travelers having a worse time where they were traveling with a family and got a king size bed vs two queens as booked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on this experience.”

”Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.”
