”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”The hotel itself worked fine, but the street building made the walking from the airport to the hotel difficult.”

”Room clean , too hot even turned down thermostat down . Staff very helpful. Don’t understand why you don’t have semi skimmed milk in rooms . Must say outside noise was very intrusive & affected ability to sleep, as window appears not to shut properly. Needs looking into to 203 ”

”Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We could not find fault in anything. Throughly recommend.”

”The room was spotless; the staff, as always, were lovely. Travelled with our dog this time and he enjoyed it too! Very dog friendly. This time we ate in the restaurant upstairs and had breakfast, both meals were good.”
