”Warm, relaxing hotel with thoughtful staff and exceptional food!”

”Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost”

”Upon arrival, we had to pay £7 per day for parking, then the man who owned the hotel asked us which breakfast we were paying for until I explained that you had already booked us a continental breakfast within the cost of the room. The dining room was dark, dingy and very outdated and dirty with cobwebs everywhere. I got to my room and couldn't open the windows as there were smelly wheely bins outside of the window. The room was the smallest one in the hotel, it wasn't clean, the skirting boards...
