Room was clean and comfy, just what we needed, shared bathrooms but didnt bother us as we didnt bump into anyone.

Basic but for the price really good especially as its close to tube station.
Area is a bit rough, rubbish etc everywhere but hotel itself was clean& tidy. ”

”Aivan ihana paikka aivan West Ealingin juna-aseman lähellä. Ihan supermukavat huoneet ja ihana sisustus. Aamupala oli ihanaa ja lähin kauppa on 100-200 m päässä. Lontoon keskustaan sekä Heathrow’n lentoasemalle pääsee kumpaankin junalla 20-30 minuutissa. Ympäristö on tosi rauhallista ja hyvää aluetta. Tulen ihan varmasti uudestaan!”
"Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu. Siisti hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. Meidän huone oli kahdelle aikuisella ja yhdelle lapselle erittäin hyvän kokoinen, mikä ei Lontoossa ole itsestään selvyys. Kohtuu hintainen hotelli muutaman pysäkin päässä"
"Erityisesti tykkäsin henkilökunnan palvelualttiudesta. He auttoivat tilaamaan taksin ja korjasivat nopeasti kulpyhuoneen oven kahvan joka oli irtoamassa. Kylpyhuone oli moderni ja siisti. Sängyt mukavat nukkua. Voisin yöpyä täällä uudelleenkin. Joitakin ääniä kuului ulkoa ja hotellin käytävältä mutta sain nukuttua."

I hate to write this review, but I dont want anyone else to go through this. I used to stay at the Caesar years ago, and loved it. I booked now and could not sleep. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the staff are impeccably friendly and helpful.
The room - it was so small it was like a prison cell. Build really inconveniently, nowhere to put my cosmetics, so I had to put them on the floor, and there was also no space. Just badly build all around, and very uncomfortable. I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the other room and the corridor. The room reminded me of hostel accommodation - very uncomfortable.
I asked to upgrade, and they showed me the premium room. You could not fit a luggage inside - literally. I had to step over my luggage in the first room. I checked out the next day (early), and went to a nearby hotel.
There is no way that I could relax in that room. I am a small woman, and could barely move in the room. Everything very uncomfortable, the bathroom, bed and desk. With what they charge, this is unacceptable. For this price, you can get a very nice room nearby. I have honestly never through about what it is like in a prison cell until now, square meters matter!
If I had stayed, I would have been counting down the days until I can leave. If you are outside of the room 16h per day, then maybe you can sleep in this uncomfortable room. But if you like to stay in the room and work, no way.
