"The level of NY hotels just keeps disappointing every time. Worn out but expensive rooms, no noise isolation, you have to pay extra for everything."

"Erittäin kuluneet huoneet ja niin pölyinen että jouduin itse pyyhkimään pinnat. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä erittäin epämiellyttävä henkilö uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä ihan ok. Hissit olivat vähän väliä epäkunnossa ja kerran myös pysähtyi mutta pääsimme ulos aika nopeasti. Tuli tunne että nyt ei hotellilla mene hyvin ja tarpeelliset remontit jääneet rahapulasta johtuen tekemättä. Taso 4 tähteä ei pidä enää paikkansa lähinnä 2 tähden taso "

"Huone oli siisti ja palvelu oli hyvää, mutta ikkunasta ei nähnyt ulos ja huone oli hieman vetoisa."

"There was bedbugs / other bugs on the bed. Our feet and body is full of bite marks.. did not enjoy my staying here… "

"Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)"

"So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. "
