”I stayed one night on a road trip, easy to find and park, extremely friendly staff. Extrapoints for great lightning in bathroom to do make up, most hotels have too dark lightning. Ac woke me up at night even though it was off, sounded like an 80' diesel motor, but other than that everything went great.”

”Rooms was not clean, cobwebs in the corners an the ceiling... the main entry light did not work (no bulb) in it. 2 days in to my stay, had to change rooms cuz of bed bugs (room 133) Ice machine doesn't work. I do not recommend staying there”

”Service was good at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean. There is a laundry room, so you can do your laundry if on a longer trip like we were. We thought that the location was excellent, while doing plantation tours (no valet or parking fee compared to hotels down town New Orleans). Maybe 5-6 miles from Houmas House. There is also an outlet mall across the street and many restaurants in the area.”

”The first week was fine, when the second week charges were paid they ran my card twice. Although the second charge dropped off after 3or 4 days it tied up my available balance and was very inconvenient. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. ”

”The air conditioner was filthy and it barely worked. The filter look like it had never been cleaned. The floor had hair and other debris all over it like it wasn't swept at all and there were men's underwear sticking out from the bottom of the couch.”
