”Good breakfast, comfortable room. Staff not rude but not friendly either. Brown water from faucets, pool filthy”

”Was there back in Feb. I said i wasnt staying there again the room smelled bad. I booked again forgeting about last time. So when i went to my room i had just remembered about my last stayed. Its my last time staying there. ”

”Clean, spacious room. Bed was very comfy. Loved the rroom-darkening window shades. Con: Did not like the alarm clock with time showing on 3 sides of the clock😩”

”I had an issue with the sound on one tv in one room, the staff acted swiftly and got me another room and the tv in that room had issues with the color on the tv. But it was okay. The staff was great and the property was clean. It was my second time staying there and if I have to visit the area again I would book again.”

”Lady’s in the front desk are amazing, nice and sweet. Very kind to any questions or concerns. Breakfast is normal and very good lightning in the parking lot. I felt safe and it’s right by the freeway. ”

”Service was good at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean. There is a laundry room, so you can do your laundry if on a longer trip like we were. We thought that the location was excellent, while doing plantation tours (no valet or parking fee compared to hotels down town New Orleans). Maybe 5-6 miles from Houmas House. There is also an outlet mall across the street and many restaurants in the area.”

”There was no pool, hair everywhere and unknown fluids, was rushed to leave. False advertisement. ”

”It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked. ”

”Rooms was not clean, cobwebs in the corners an the ceiling... the main entry light did not work (no bulb) in it. 2 days in to my stay, had to change rooms cuz of bed bugs (room 133) Ice machine doesn't work. I do not recommend staying there”

”Vältä! Sisäänkirjautuessa paikalla ei ollut henkilökuntaa, jota piti odottaa saapuvaksi 15 minuuttia. Hintaan kuuluvaa aamupalaa ei ollut tarjolla enää. Huone erittäin likainen, patja lakanan alta jopa saastainen ja huoneessa haisi viemärille. Vaihdoimme samantein toiseen hotelliin.”

”The air conditioner was filthy and it barely worked. The filter look like it had never been cleaned. The floor had hair and other debris all over it like it wasn't swept at all and there were men's underwear sticking out from the bottom of the couch.”
