”Our bathtub was blocked…upon gre”

”TV in room but no remote. Towels but tub had many stains and did not look clean, plus very poor lighting and tub/shower area was very dark. No WIFI yet it is advertised as offered, and room left me and my clothes smelling like smoke. I left a day early taking a loss on the fee paid.”

”My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation...

”The room was okay, but quite dated furniture and bathroom. The heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. 24 hour security guard posted on each floor hallways and all over the hotel. Sauna was okay, no hot tub but a lovely pool (which was too cold to go into!) Check in staff member was not welcoming, check out staff member was much better. ”I was able to find a great price for a two night stay at this location visiting family so really I can’t complain. The property/room was clean but could use a refresh ie carpets, bed covers - or at least have them professionally cleaned. ”Gym was weak”

”Ihan ok hotelli keskellä aasialaisaluetta. Lyhyt matka moniin erilaisiin ravintoloihin. Huoneet aika kuluneet mutta puhtaat. Sängyt ok, suihku ok. Hotellin uima-allas on ihan kiva joskin siellä ei ole mulavaa jos on enemmän kuin 5 henkeä paikaalla samaan aikaan.”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”The room 512 was so noisy that one could hear all discussions on the hallway and traffic. Furthermore the cleaning storage was just next to the room so there was no peace at all. Furthermore there was someone else's welcome note and wine, which were picked up from us. ”

”All things said and done, this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at. I’m not talking about the amenities and the type of rooms. My visit to this hotel has been memorable because of the service.
