”Overall it’s a good place to stay in”

”I will never recommend Iddlewood Inn to anyone. The hallway leading to the second floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the floors were dirty. The first room given to us also smelled like cigarettes. We requested another room, but the second room had bed bugs, missing light bulbs, and a broken bathroom doorknob. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We asked for a proof of stay or receipt, but they refused to provide one. We checked out the same day around 11 PM...

”Room was basic but staff are not friendly and helpful. I had to bring my luggage down myself from my floor all the way down and what made it worse is I called the front desk asking for help only to be told no one can help”

”The hotel has a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very clean. The only downside is that the bedding is a bit old and the pillows aren't very comfortable.”

”Ihan ok hotelli keskellä aasialaisaluetta. Lyhyt matka moniin erilaisiin ravintoloihin. Huoneet aika kuluneet mutta puhtaat. Sängyt ok, suihku ok. Hotellin uima-allas on ihan kiva joskin siellä ei ole mulavaa jos on enemmän kuin 5 henkeä paikaalla samaan aikaan.”

”Clean room”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast.”

”Very very small room extremely crowded for 2 and there is no parking available unless you find a parking on the side street very noisy very old building so nothing for sound control. Could hear the vacuum in the middle of the night running constantly filling up the coffee machine, ice maker, doors opening and closing all night. Very very uncomfortable and unsettled sleep. Had a 2-hour doctor's appointment and was quite exhausted before having to travel 5 and 1/2 hours home. Not worth the price...

”We were upgraded and loved the room..Plenty of space and felt luxurious...clean and great stay. Just dont like the bathroom frosted glass as you can see through it pretty much and we were there with our son...awkward...”

”Breakfast was simple, but it would be even better with more options such as fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, or a few hot items to make it more complete and enjoyable.”

”The room 512 was so noisy that one could hear all discussions on the hallway and traffic. Furthermore the cleaning storage was just next to the room so there was no peace at all. Furthermore there was someone else's welcome note and wine, which were picked up from us. ”
