”The woman at the front desk was such a ray of light, both in the afternoon and in the morning. She was smiling and genuinely pleasant and helpful. The property is well maintained and it looked like they really took pride is keeping it up. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temp as they should be. Breakfast was really nice, especially for being listed as continental. There were muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juices, and a waffle iron. We’d stay again if ever...

”Had no idea that the hotel was going to be under construction and the scaffolding was right outside my window with men working on it windows were covered up with plastic. Complained about the people above me not sure what was going on. I wasn’t sure if there was kids with scooters going back-and-forth or a large dog, but it was driving me crazy I called down three times and went down to the front desk and got no answers or any solution.”
