”A mother daughter getaway and it was perfect. We loved the location, the directions were perfect, and we enjoyed seeing the farm animal friends.I personally think the pictures don't do this property justice. It's a beautiful and clean place. Comfortable beds and decent pillows. The only small complaint that I have is the bedrooms can get hot at night. Otherwise a perfect trip!”

”The perfect setting for a quiet getaway. In the morning the deck is a great spot for coffee and bird watching. After checking out the views and surrounding area, the shady spot by the firepit is the place to be. Then sunset and cocktails on the deck. The bed is comfy and the layout perfect. ”

”The property was perfect for us and was very clean. It is in a pretty area that is surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. The dock makes for a pretty view of the lake as well. Kitchen supplies were enough to make some quick meals and the a/c works really well as we visited in summer. The hosts were very kind and made our trip more enjoyable. ”I remember staying here over 40 years ago so really didn’t expect it to be up to date. Was very pleased in condition of cabin we stayed in. Very clean and quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to another visit to Petit Jean, and will plan my stay at Cedar falls lodge. Very convenient location for everything Petit Jean mountain offers. ”

”The cottage was easy to find. The hosts made sure the cottage was clean and added welcome goodies. The rooms looked like pictures online. We enjoyed staying at the cottage since it was close to family that live in Russellville. ”

We had a relaxing few days and the hostess is close by if you do need anything. Our dogs didn't know what to think oʻf the cows but they felt at home there.”
