”The only nice staff was the housekeepers. Front desk staff was below average. Walked into the room, and it looked like the pictures. It was then I realized they only have two nightstand table with no drawers and no areas to put your clothes other than the corner with the hangers by the front door. As well as the only other piece of furniture is the double beds, which is where you will be eating anything you bring into the room. Air conditioner worked. Now the TV, and the remote. Remote didn’t...

”Awesome Staff. Breakfast was great. The shuttle was amazing. Loved the bed. My only critique is that the room really needs a deep clean. Surfaces were fine but the bathroom tiles and floor look like they have only been damp mopped in a very long time. Air conditioner smelled musty but it was cool outside so I could turn it off and the smell got better. It worked well for me.”

”The room was really nice, we enjoyed our stay. However, housekeeping never came once and when asked to come for my boyfriends surprise, they never showed up to clean. The one Hispanic lady downstairs wasn’t very welcoming. The computers weren’t working. There was hair in the tub. And ants all in the bathroom. The room was nice, but wasn’t kept to standard for our entire stay. And when asked how it was, I explained to the lady receptionist and she said “oh well I’m sorry” but no accommodations. ”
