”Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. ”Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy.”

”We will definitely come back to this same area! What a great spot. Very easy check-in and out. We had never been to this beach before. Clean, quiet, safe home. 100 steps to the beach! Other guests of the property all came and went at all different times, so the property never felt "packed" and there wasnt ever anyone hanging out right outside our door. The only downside was the bed - the mattress is very difficult to sleep on, but we ended up buying a mattress topper while we were down there...

”We really enjoyed the property and how close it is to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the upstairs guests were up all hours of the night and not courteous of the other guests and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

The views, the pool and all of the amenities were fantastic! We will definitely be back, but next time just for leisure since our son now graduated. Thanks so much!”

”This small studio needs some renovation. The location is perfect but the unit is not accommodating for long stays. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline! The 2 chairs, which serve as your only sitting place, didn’t have a comfortable cushion. The kitchen was very under equipped. The appliances are very old (oven is rusted out) and the refrigerator is noisy. There was only a small 6” frying pan, no wine glasses, no wine opener, no spatula, no scissors, etc....
