”We loved the location of the Vrbo. A few houses and you were right on the beach. We could easily walk to restaurants, bars, Pier 60, shops and the marina. Not having to worry about parking was helpful and less stressful. The Vrbo was so cute and a perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean, modern and had a cozy beach feel to it. It had everything we needed. So glad we booked this Vrbo!! Thank you Mary!!”

”Fantastic sunsets from the back porch!!! Only feet to be on the beach and sand that happens to be easy to walk on and yet still soft on the feet. A hose is located outside on the concrete for a quick rinse before heading inside. A beautifully done kitchen and bathroom with tile floors throughout. Parking couldn't get any better with a carport to shield your car from the Florida Sun and only feet to your door. An absolute 10 for value and ease of access. Thanks for having us.”

”Needs a lot of work. The entire cottage needs redone. The four differing floor materials are ugly. The water stain in the bedroom ceiling is quite off putting. The molding around the air conditioners is tacky. It all needs work. The Kuerig doesn't work.”

”This property is a gem! Convenient walk across the street to the beach, and so many shops and places to eat within walking distance. The back yard area gives plenty of privacy for morning coffee. Everything you need for the beach is here… with a wagon to haul it in. The beds are very comfortable, and linens are quality. Your hosts are friendly and responsive.”
