”I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home.”

”The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

”Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...
