I had to change rooms because the key didn't work. Housekeeping gave me a clean bath mat, but did not remove the dirty towels and I had to request clean face towels the next day. ”Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...
