”The hotel was clean and property was nice but we had room 1 and the noise from the office AC was very loud. The room needed a chair that was comfortable, a 2nd luggage rack and a second nightstand. The pool was ice cold and not usable. The hotel was very convenient location but lacked a few things”

”My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-”

”Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. ”

”Everything was nice and beautiful besides my shower area they had long reddish or blk hair left like they forgot to clean that area ”

”Breakfast is not included! Most IHA holiday inn hotels offer free breakfast but not this one. ”

”My bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the mattress sagged. Other than that everything was fine.”

”The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. ”

”I definitely saw a small roach in the bathroom of our room. A hole in the wall with a cord coming out. Drawing on the wall from like a little kid with a pencil maybe. The pictures on the website were very misleading. The hot tub was completely torn apart and the pool was filled but they said it was out of order. ”

”Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons.”
