”Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected.
Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.)

”Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again”

”The room was filthy, the sheets had some blood on them. The carpets were dirty, the front elevator was out of order. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I had to change rooms because the key didn't work. Housekeeping gave me a clean bath mat, but did not remove the dirty towels and I had to request clean face towels the next day.
