”Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

”Over all the property looked great and I liked the layout of the room and the large size of the room. But, our sink had a lot of hairs in it that looked like trimmings from a beard trimming. It just makes you wonder what else didn’t get cleaned. To be fair to the hotel, we didn’t complain. We got in late and just wiped it down as best we could.”
