”This hotel was so clean and amazing amenities. It's in a convenient area 15 mins from the city and every store or restaurant you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐”

”Basic hotel, no frills or extra Didn’t have hot water in shower And the total of 5pillows on king size bed were as flat as pancakes If u stacked them all up still wasn’t enough head support ”

”Live cockroach on fridge. Dried up roaches in cabinet. A spill between beds and floor is filthy. I have no money to move hotels and they wont refund. Says it has to go theu expedia ”

”Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. ”

”This is my third time staying here and I truly never get tired of it. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of the city and is absolutely beautiful ”

”Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”

”We had a great day at the Saint Charles Inn. The property was spotless and smelled great and the staff was helpful. Unlike big hotel chains your room will be cleaned every day. Having the Superior Grill attached was a wonderful perk. Check out the happy hour specials. It is also right on the street car line for convenience and two blocks away from Robert’s fresh market, which is my favorite gourmet grocery store. Parking is free and gated. It is walkable to several nearby bars and restaurants....

”Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. ”

”The staff was nice. The chairs and upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. Comcast/full tv functioning did not work. The pool never had a stock of towels. The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. ”

The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc).
