”We had a great day at the Saint Charles Inn. The property was spotless and smelled great and the staff was helpful. Unlike big hotel chains your room will be cleaned every day. Having the Superior Grill attached was a wonderful perk. Check out the happy hour specials. It is also right on the street car line for convenience and two blocks away from Robert’s fresh market, which is my favorite gourmet grocery store. Parking is free and gated. It is walkable to several nearby bars and restaurants....

”Live cockroach on fridge. Dried up roaches in cabinet. A spill between beds and floor is filthy. I have no money to move hotels and they wont refund. Says it has to go theu expedia ”

”Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”

”Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. ”

”Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. ”

”No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

”The in room small fridge was noisy and the unit became uncomfortable hot to the touch after a few hours to the point we felt safer to unplug and do without any chilled water. A compact fridge is a must have when i travel but the one in my room 213 was a poor and cheap version for a otherwise well established hotel accommodation .”
