”There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....

”It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway.”

”Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”I'll keep this simple..I don't recommend at all ...Ever.. Regardless of price. If you dare not heed my warning that's on you.. Rooms at check in look around before settling because he workers fail to really clean... They definitely didn't clean my room there was crap on the walls I didn't notice right away. AC and dressers looked as if they came from a gravesite... But umm bring a UV light to check for hidden cameras .. And no that part is not a joke. Locks are terrible especially if you're...

”A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose ”

”The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. ”
