”Clean”

”Second time staying at this hotel, different rooms same issue with slow draining showers.”

”Very nicer”

”It’s a great location. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and professional. The room was very clean and accommodating.”

”Very clean!”

”We stayed for the Eagles game; it was very clean. Staff was professional and nice, and breakfast was much better than we expected. We will stay here again in the future. 10 out of 10.”

”We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The pillows were our only complaint. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow. The breakfast was great and one of the better ones we’ve had in a while from a hotel. Quiet area.”

”I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

”Charging for parking at a hotel in the suburbs is crazy. Dresser was slanted so the drawers do not stay closed which both my shins have bruises from now.”

”There was a strong egg like smell in the facility which made it hard for me to breathe properly but aside that I enjoyed my stay”

”Todo bien!”

”my room safe had been locked by the previous customer. It took Security 4 hours to reset for me, keeping me in the room waiting for them. Consider a checklist item for cleaners, etc. to check the safe is open and accessible as part of the post customer cleaning of the room. Insane that a quality hotel like yours does NOT serve breakfast in the restaurant in the morning after a major sporting event in the city and folks staying at the hotel. A bag breakfast doesn't do it!”

”Perfect for a quick overnight stay for easy airport access. Beds were comfortable. Facility was clean. Warm cookie at check in. Shuttle was easy and fast. No need to spend double at a Marriott. Really great value”

”Painfully slow elevator. Waited in the area with 4, 1 came after 5 minutes but was full. Waited for another while the area filled with more people waiting. Ended up giving up and took the stairs 4 floors. Other than that, comfortable bed and convenient location.”

”This is a beautiful hotel. I was just saddened the bar and restaurant area were closed. It would have been nice to have dinner and watch the game or have breakfast in the morning.”
