Location & service were great. But the rooms were not that clean (3 stars). Shower head had an issue as well, only partially working. We stayed there as the location is amazing across from the basketball arena, 2 nights max.

Wyndham Independence
The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash.
