”Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy.”

”As the other reviewers have said, she needs a little love. But that did not detract from our stay at all. We are all about the covered porch looking out at the pool & the ocean! The unit was clean, check in could not have been easier. Elevator right up to the front door. The beds were great, we had very good night's sleep after returning from fishing & beaching all day. Loved it!”

”We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.”

”We loved our stay here! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room. Our young children loved having a pool and beach just steps away (and of course they found the kids books/toys!). And the beach itself was filled with so many perfect shells for collecting. No shark teeth this trip so we’ll have to come back and try again. Thank you, Denise, for the open communication and opening up your home to us!”

”The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!”

”Very nice experience! Walk right out to the beach and pool. My kids loved seeing the tortoises in the little courtyard! Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that little “kitchenette” area is somewhat awkward. Overall, we had a great trip!”

”We loved this condo! The location was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the bunk room was perfect for our kids and it was all very well decorated.
