”A warm welcome greeted us in reception the room was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return.”

”To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. ”

”Lovely, spacious double room with good amenities. Location was amazing so close to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The food from the restaurant was superb. We had breakfast included in price and bought main meals and were impressed with both.”

”Lovely hard working and professional staff, breakfast tip-order poached eggs off the menu as they a simply the best and as perfect as possible poached eggs you’ll find anywhere. Lovely building, clean throughout and not too far from the town centre to walk. ”

”A great bedroom in a house that's full of character. En-suite shower-room with a fabulous shower. Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic breakfast with seriously good vegetarian options. Go there! We certainly will again. ”

”Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done. Parking lot is small but very well maintained. ”

”We really had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent. The bus service in and out of Canterbury and around Kent was perfect. We will definitely do this again. It was wonderful value for money we really enjoyed it.”
