”Very good breakfast. Reasonable rates. Clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed here one night to see a Jayhawk game. This will be our hotel of choice when we are in the area again.”

Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed.”

”This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. ”Room was nice and clean, plenty of clean towels. Beds were very nice to sleep on. Could have used another blanket. Breakfast was nice and hot. Scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, link sausage. Would have liked some potatoes. Every thing was really nice. Great parking also. Would stay here next year also. Right down the street from the auto swap meet.”
