The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. ”Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay...

Annie was an amazing host, even reaching out immediately to FaceTime me through how to open the windows when I let her know I - in my apparent mechanical ineptness - could not figure it out. ”This place is fantastic for multiple families. Plenty of space, natural light, lots of seating options, plenty of basic cookware, plates/bowls and silverware, plus, comfortable, cozy beds! The host was welcoming and communicated promptly. Kirkland is a great location to get to a lot of places too. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. ”
