”What a fabulous place and amazing owners. Nigel and Clare are just lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The alpacas, ducks and hens make it a really interesting place to stay as well.
Much easier travel into Betws, Conwy and Snowden from this side as well.”

Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over.
An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

”Very nice large property, excellent bedrooms. Great view from garden overlooking the river. Everything is in the property you need except an ice cube maker, and garden needs a little tidy .”
