”Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast ok. One problem in the room: The closet in the room was not mounted to the wall and was shaking dangerously when used. ”

”There are 2 elevators under renovation which affected the 1 elevator wait time. Staff were pleasant, hotel smelled amazing. I loved my room which was spacious.”

”clean room staff helpful better food selection needed in concierge room obvious shortage of help in all areas but they all performed professionally in spite of situation”

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”
