”Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the condo. For multiple days of our stay, the unit was extremely hot (nearly 80 degrees), which made it difficult to relax, sleep, and enjoy the space. We documented the conditions and reached out to the host during our stay to try to resolve the issue.While communication occurred, the issue was not actually resolved during our stay. We were told there was limited ability...

”It was the perfect location if you are looking to enjoy time in the historic district. Everything is close by within walking distance.”

”The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!”

”We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth.”

”We had a lovely stay here. The room was adorable. The hosts provided so many small, thoughtful touches like books, games, and cards. Communication was immediate and incredibly responsive. The room is really just steps from the beach! There are shops and restaurants on the street outside making things very convenient without being noisy. The pool was almost right outside the door. And especially nice for us (my husband is 6'4"), the king size bed was actually a king size bed. I miss it already...

”This had to be the most stress-free solo trip I've ever made. Everything was just as shown and the check-in/check-out instructions were so easy! I LOVED having on site parking and a short pleasant walk to the beach because finding parking on Tybee can be such a hassle! This property was beautiful, smelled so fresh and clean, the bed linens were beautiful, and that huge shaded balcony was fantastic!! I'd love to stay here again!”

”This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.”
