”We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. ”The resort is rather big and it can be hard to go around as the signs were not all that good. Luckily there was a shuttle between different locations. Room itself was nice and the view was great! :) ”

”Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

”Omg the rooms were huge! Killer good time. 100% beach access, huge late night heated pool and hot tub, access to nightlife is very walkable, great parking access where ever you like. ”

”Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. ”
