”Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!”

”Very nice resort and staff. I wish there were more activities. Beach bar closing at sunset, Pool closing at sunset. No evening entertainment or activities. An activity director and staff and more entertainment, Musicians, DJs, Karoake, etc.... would make it feel more like a resort than just a a very nice hotel.”

”Place was fine. However, the beds are TERRIBLE!
They're super hard and had divots where so many people have slept. Neither of us slept well the week we were there.

”The resort is rather big and it can be hard to go around as the signs were not all that good. Luckily there was a shuttle between different locations. Room itself was nice and the view was great! :) ”

”Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.”
