I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't have enough staff to clean the room. After the first day they said I had to request it. (Which every other hotel I stayed at was automatic, so I was surprised about that.) They assured me the next day it would be cleaned. Well, when I got to my room at 5:00pm after being out all day it hadn't...

”Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded.”

”The staff are friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are well maintained and parking is a breeze!”

”There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend.”
