”I didn't pay any attention to the fact that this was an efficiency apartment unfortunately because I was so stressed before leaving for my vacation. Having said that, this place was absolutely spotless, a great location, quiet, and the owner was super communicative! The beach was super close too! They provided chairs, towels, and coolers which was awesome! If I was traveling solo or maybe a lot younger with another young person, this is great value! Would definitely recommend! ”

The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to...

”Loved the location-easy walk across the street to the beach. Pool was nice and good temperature. Condo was small and lacked decorations that were in the pictures. Many nails/screws in the walls with nothing there. Very thin walls-could hear everything above us. AC temp would turn up on its own every night making the condo warmer than we wanted. Could use a good dusting/cleaning on all the vents. ”
