***Repairs to the sea wall will be taking place throughout the month of August. During this time, there may be days when the dock is inaccessible. There may be potential for noise weekdays between 9am -5pm.

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area.

The fishing pier is shared with other renters at this property.



To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
