”This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience.”

”Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable.
