”Clean room, friendly and helpful staff”

”The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful.”

”The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. ”The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower.”

”Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

”Bathrooms are dangerous and unacceptable. They still have old fixtures like low bathtubs and shower curtains. Also bathroom lack counter or shelf space. Will not stay there again. ”

”We booked a non-smoking room and got the opposite. The whole building smelled of cigarettes! The bathtub was dirty; the window screen was broken and so was the security bar.”

”The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable but we had some problems. Our TV was not working and needed to be rebooted. We called the first night and maintenance came about 1 1/2 hours later to fix it. The next night we had the same problem. Called again and no one came. We called the third night and they came about 30 minutes later. The room was serviced until 4:00pm the first day we were there. Also, They advertise a full restaurant and there isn’t one. You can get “bar food” at the lobby bar...

”They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .”
