On the ground floor, an open-plan living and sleeping area features 1 double sofa bed and a dining table, with direct access to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 1 double bedroom is also located on this floor, alongside a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the first upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom, a further double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room featuring a bidet and WC, and 1 additional room with 2 single beds, all served by a shared shower room with bidet and WC. The second upper floor opens onto a bright living and dining area framed by a panoramic window, with a second fully equipped open kitchen mirroring the ground floor configuration, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC.
