”They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night”

”The hotel was clean and they had good services. Highway 75 and tollway was next to the hotel so it was really easy to go different places. The price of the hotel is good and they had a decent breakfast. ”

”No insulation in the walls whatsoever. You could hear everything. People talking & Doors slamming all hours of the night. Don’t stay there if you are needing a good nights rest. Other than that, staff was friendly, room was clean, & had a decent breakfast.”

”The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day.”

”I honestly have nothing nice to say. My stay was for a week. I got there on a Monday just to be checked in as a no show. The room I was in had two beds and felt like we were sleeping on cots. Was told I would be moved the next day to a different room next door, and they rented out the room I was supposed to be in. Doors that were to remain locked 24 hours a day never closed. This is a safety measure for guests. They say no smoking in the rooms, and the halls smelled like smoke/weed. I finally...

”The parking situation was chaotic at best. Upon walking to my room, I noticed the door slightly ajar. It did not fully close. Both locks to the door were held with small screws that were stripped and coming out of the door and wall. There were a significant (10+) number of dead bugs of all sorts in the room. The air conditioner did not work well, and the room stayed about 75-80 degrees throughout the night. Amongst the dead bugs in the floor, there were chip crumbs and hairs.”
